Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
For sanitary reasons, toilets and bidet seats cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been broken.
To initiate a return, please email support@maroliving.com with your order number.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders enter production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Return Conditions
We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing accessories.
Returns requested after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Photos or evidence of the damage may be requested before approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Partial refunds may apply if the returned product is opened, damaged, or incomplete.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
However, we will replace any product that arrives defective or damaged.
To request a replacement, contact support@maroliving.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
