Warranty Policy
All our smart toilets and bidet seats come with a 2-year warranty for the seat and electronics, and 5-year warranty ceramic warranty, starting from the date you receive your order. Please review our returns policy before purchasing. If you have any questions, our customer support team is always ready to help.
What’s Covered
- Electrical components: nozzles, filters, sealing rings, remote controls, motherboards
- Free replacement parts during the warranty period, which you can install yourself or with our guidance
- Full replacement of the main unit if it cannot be repaired
- Free shipping for all replacement parts, including after the warranty period
Important Installation Information
We strongly recommend installation by a licensed plumber or professional contractor. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or malfunction caused by improper installation, misuse, or installation by an unqualified individual. Costs related to installation or removal are not covered.
What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage or normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow installation guidelines
- Moving the product from its original installation site
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, or excessive use of cleaning chemicals
- Consumable parts that naturally wear over time (filters, seals, etc.)
- Parts purchased through unauthorized dealers
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact our support team with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- Photos or evidence of the fault or damage
- Product serial number (if applicable)
We will respond with instructions for repair or replacement. Replacement parts or units will be shipped free of charge with tracking provided.
Limitations
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including water damage, property damage, or loss of use.
Coverage and Eligibility
This warranty applies only to products purchased through our official store and is valid for the original purchaser only. Proper installation and use in line with the user manual are required for coverage.
International Customers

Governing Law
All claims are governed under UK and EU law. Any disputes should first be directed to our customer support team for resolution.
