Order Processing
In-stock items are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received.
Custom or bulk orders are processed within 7–30 business days.

Delivery Times
Standard international delivery via DHL Express Air: 6–8 business days after dispatch. 
Total delivery time for in-stock items: 11–15 working days.

Remote locations may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates
All orders include free shipping to Ireland and all supported international destinations.
You are responsible only for the cost of the products at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to activate in the DHL system.

VAT & Duties
MARO covers all VAT and customs duties for all customers.
There are no extra charges upon delivery.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
Receiving items at different times is normal and does not indicate a problem.

Order Confirmation
You will receive email notifications for order confirmation, processing, and shipment.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please verify your email address or contact support before the order is dispatched.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
To add new items, please place a separate order.

Shipping Issues
If a shipment is marked “delivered’’ but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or parcel locker.
MARO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
All deliveries are made to street level only.

Damaged or Defective Items
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
However, we will replace any product that arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:
Please contact support@maroliving.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
Delivery times for replacement items vary by location.
