All deliveries are made to street level only.

Damaged or Defective Items
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
However, we will replace any product that arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.

Is there a minimum water pressure limit?

No. Every MARO® toilet includes a built-in water tank, which means it operates perfectly even in homes with low or inconsistent water pressure. You don’t need to worry about installing boosters or special plumbing.

What if my bathroom doesn't have a power socket?

In many homes, especially in Europe and the UK, it’s illegal to install standard electrical sockets inside bathrooms. This is completely normal and doesn’t prevent you from installing the toilet.

The usual solution is to have a qualified electrician install a fused spur connection or run a dedicated waterproof cable from outside the bathroom, typically from a hallway or adjacent room. This allows the toilet to be safely and legally connected while complying with local wiring regulations.

Your electrician will advise on the best route and placement for the connection — it’s usually a straightforward job for a professional.

Do I still need to buy toilet paper?

Technically no — the toilet handles thorough cleaning and drying for you. Many customers stop using toilet paper entirely. However, it’s handy to keep a small amount on hand for personal preference or guests, especially during the transition period.

Is it easy to install?

Yes. MARO® toilets are designed to work with standard water and power connections, so there’s usually no need for special modifications. To ensure proper function and safety, installation must be carried out by a certified plumber.

This ensures proper installation of your smart toilet and protects your warranty coverage, as we cannot be liable for issues arising from incorrect DIY installation.

Is it difficult to use?

Not at all. Our toilets are designed to be intuitive. Each model includes a full-function remote control with clear symbols and settings, as well as a simple side panel for quick access. Most users feel completely at home with it after a single use.

Is the toilet safe?

Definitely! Our toilets meet strict international safety standards, including EU and UK regulations. Every unit is CE certified and built with leak protection, thermal cut-offs, anti-backflow valves, and fully certified electrical components. All our toilets come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty on seat and electronics, and 5 years on the ceramic body. If anything fails during this period, we handle all replacements and repairs at no cost to you - including parts and customer support.

After the warranty period, we can supply any replacement parts directly from the factory at affordable prices. Just contact our support team and we’ll sort it out.
